Webinar: Forests at the Core of Climate Change Adaptation in Finland and Sweden
Participate to our two-hour webinar focusing on how Finland and Sweden work on national and regional level to adapt forests and forestry to climate change – their strategies, plans and assessment work.
This webinar is part of the ClimateForest project, which aims to promote climate change adaptation in forestry from a northern Nordic perspective. The project is funded by Interreg Aurora and coordinated by Lapin ammattikorkeakoulu Oy. This webinar is a joint event arranged by Suomen metsäkeskus and Skogsstyrelsen.
This event aims to identify challenges and discuss common grounds related to climate change adaptation in forests, on a national and regional level, and to discuss further collaboration and cross-country exchanges.
This webinar brings together leading experts from both countries to exchange knowledge, highlight best practices, and explore new partnerships in climate change adaptation. This session aims to provide insights into the work in each country.
